This mala is American made. It is constructed in a mindful, meditative manner with the traditional 108 beads, guru bead, and 3 marker beads. The beads are 6mm Italian onyx. This is a natural stone, a type of marble. A very warm color. The marker beads are fossil stone. They are accented with lead free base metal spacer beads. The tassel is cotton. The beads are strung on hand knotted cotton and should resist breakage. If the mala should break within 6 months of purchase, the mala may be returned to me for re-stringing at no charge, buyer pays shipping.
