 This mala is American made. It is constructed in a mindful, meditative manner with the traditional 27 beads, guru bead, and 2 marker beads. The beads are 8mm river stone. This is a natural stone that comes in shades of white and cream. Each stone is subtle and unique. The marker beads are opalite which is not a natural stone. It is glass but it is one of the prettiest of glass creations. Great depth and luster...almost like an opal. These are accented with base metal (lead free) spacers. The focal bead on this piece is fancy glass and it is accented with base metal and a green malachite bead.  The tassel is imitation silk.   The beads are strung on hand knotted cotton and should resist breakage. If it should break within 6 months of purchase, the mala may be returned to me for re-stringing at no charge, buyer pays shipping.
